As a result of our continuing success, we are now looking to expand our Benelux Sales team with a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help our company grow into its next major phase. The BDR role is an important component of our success, enabling us to reach new prospects and expand our market presence. With operations in the US and Europe, we are already well positioned to drive expansive growth in our current markets and then look beyond. We are looking for a Business Development Representative who is eager and excited to kick off their sales career and join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and enjoys working in a metrics-driven environment. You will drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up meetings for Account Managers, so you must be comfortable spending time speaking on the phone to prospects from different industries, territories and job levels. It is critical that you have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal interactions to properly describe the business value of our products to prospects.
You are involved in the entire Sales cycle and will get to know every aspect of it. You participate in Marketing events to collect leads. You will work hand in hand with our Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to define a pursuit strategy, use a series of tools to make contact with the appropriate individuals and eventually setup a qualified sales meeting. You will occasionally join our Account Managers in those meetings, to learn about closing a deal as well. Our Customer Success Managers require your assistance with building long term relationships with (potential) customers and closing renewals.

Since we are a small team, you are in control of your own career path within the company. We look at your capabilities, listen to your wishes and combine that with what is needed. This means that eventually you can grow into becoming an Account Manager, a Customer Success Manager, but also a Pre-Sales Engineer. Next to this, we offer a gross monthly salary of € 2.000 – € 2.400 (depending on your work experience), a commission plan, 26 holidays and 8% holiday allowance.
Since this is a starter position, we do not expect you to bring much work experience to the team. We will provide you with the necessary training to get up-to-date with our solutions and our Sales Managers are happy to coach you where necessary to make sure you grow within the company as quickly as possible. However, we do expect you to be fluent in Dutch and English and to show enthusiasm, curiosity and a lot of willingness to learn!
