Login VSI is the recognized world leader in synthetic user testing and change management for Virtual Desktops and Applications. Our patented technology and multi-award winning products continue to evolve and have positioned us at the forefront of a fast moving, high growth market. Our Enterprise customers are a who’s-who of the Financial, Healthcare, Government, Education, Energy and Retail leaders. They rely on our products to ensure any changes that come into their desktop environment have been appropriately tested for scale, performance and compatibility impacts both in pre-production testing and in production end-user experience monitoring. Additionally, our software is used by most of the major technology suppliers into this market from chip manufacturers to server/storage/HCI suppliers, hypervisor and operating system vendors, through to the application layer, all of whom depend on Login VSI to derive meaningful measurements around how changes in their products will impact their customers.


As a result of our continuing success, we are now looking to expand our team to help our company grow into its next major phase. Login VSI is hiring a Director HR to build a global organization that is vibrant, high-performing and innovative. In this role you will have an opportunity to have your fingerprints all over our HR approach, culture and ethos as we leverage our current capabilities and elevate the impact of HR on the business. As this is a new role to our organization, you are expected to help shape the HR organization drawing from your extensive experience, perspective and passion to help build a team where each member makes the others better.


Key responsibilities:

At the most basic level, you are responsible for ensuring we are attracting, retaining and deploying talent effectively, codifying, enhancing, promoting and evolving our culture, doing so efficiently and in alignment with our values.

  • Appropriate prioritization of human capital investments, delivering on the business objectives and company’s strategy and setting the vision for HR within the company
  • Designing and implementing talent strategies that accelerate company priorities and the overall business strategy
  • Creating and leading highly effective/efficient, successful teams, creating a work atmosphere that high quality professionals want to be a part of
  • Managing projects, including defining scope, managing budgets, driving deliverables, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
  • Effectively communicating with and influencing at all levels, including providing critical feedback and the ability to help our executives, managers and employees navigate through difficult situations
  • Leading, building and developing a team and elevate the HR delivery model in multiple locations
  • Serving as a strong representative of our culture and values and further that by demonstrating the behaviors and workstyles that support our stated values and culture
  • Leading and managing organizational change

Requirements

  • A strategic mindset and understanding of the business and how HR can influence the business, but also enjoy rolling up their sleeves; “zooming in and zooming out”
  • Deep and broad knowledge of HR practices, principles and procedures based on functioning in or working closely with colleagues across the HR function (culture, talent, performance, compensation, compliance, etc.) and internal partners (Sales, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership skills, experience working in environments that drove excellence, held high standards and took a practical, but creative/innovative approach to human capital
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to “connect the dots” between the business needs and how we can best meet those needs
  • Strategic orientation and critical thinking skills, reporting to the CEO
  • Advanced interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
  • Results and customer oriented; view obstacles as opportunities, tenacious
  • Resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving international environment
  • Curious, a continuous learner and a student of our business, human resources and HR technology and regulations to both maintain current knowledge and also to ensure compliance

  • Experience working with modern HR technology and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Prepared to travel internationally
