Job description
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Field Marketing Associate to support and execute global and regional marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to grow their experience across field marketing, events, campaigns, webinars, and brand engagement in a high-impact, collaborative environment. This role will play a pivotal part in building Login VSI’s presence within the End User Computing (EUC) community, strengthening partner relationships, and accelerating pipeline through targeted marketing activities.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to execute field programs, manage third-party events, grow our webinar channel, and support PR and thought leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Field & Event Marketing (40%)
Coordinate and execute region-specific and global field events (owned and third-party) to generate leads and deepen partner/customer relationships.
Manage event logistics end-to-end including sponsorships, booth materials, branding, pre/post-event communications, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with Product and Sales to align field activities with target personas, industries, and sales objectives.
Campaign & Community Engagement (25%)
Support campaign execution in collaboration with product marketing and demand generation teams.
Engage with the EUC community on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Slack, other community forums).
Coordinate the creation and distribution of social media content aligned with Login VSI’
Webinar Channel & PR (25%)
Manage the webinar calendar: schedule, host, promote, and report on performance.
Work with internal SMEs and external speakers to ensure high-quality, engaging sessions.
Assist in coordinating PR opportunities, press releases, award submissions, and speaker engagements.
General Marketing Support (10%)
Maintain and track marketing inventory (swag, event materials, booth assets).
Provide support on ad-hoc projects as needed across the marketing team.
Performance metrics include, but not limited to:
Field Marketing ROI (leads generated and influenced pipeline per owned/third-party event, or other partner engagement efforts, including sponsored collaborations),
Community Impact (channel growth in followers, reach, and EUC community engagement),
Thought Leadership and Partner Engagement (volume and quality of partner-related events or content),
Campaign Participation (timely delivery of tasks and support for campaigns),
Job requirements
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns or events at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with field marketing, webinars, or event logistics is a plus.
Passion for social media, community building, and growing thought leadership.
Some experience with tools such as HubSpot, BrightTALK, LinkedIn, and Canva (or willingness to learn).
A team player mindset with the flexibility to work across time zones and cultures and enthusiasm for the End User Computing space and a desire to grow in a fast-moving, collaborative marketing team.
