Login VSI is seeking a HR Officer to join our growing team.

As a result of our continuing success, we are now looking to expand our team to help our company grow into its next major phase. Login VSI is hiring a HR Officer to expand our global organization that is vibrant, high-performing and innovative. In this role you will have an opportunity to have your fingerprints all over our HR approach, culture and ethos as we leverage our current capabilities and elevate the impact of HR on the business. As this is a new role to our US organization, you are expected to help shape the HR organization to help build a team where each member makes the others better.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
• Draw up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
• Perform administrative tasks
• Look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
• Organize and manage (new) employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Cover all legal compliance for human resource regulatory requirements
• Represent employer in community and recruiting events
• Oversee social events
• Create and maintain the employment policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance
• Advise Managers and other employees on employment law and the company's own employment policies and procedures
• Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with employees and Managers
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

• Experience with/knowledge of MS Office and TriNet

• Experience with multi-national companies

• Understanding of labor law and disciplinary procedures in different states

• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices

• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)

• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize

• Protects the interests of all employees
• Encouraging all employees; able to mentor and lead

• Strong ethics and reliability
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, early-stage company with the capability of balancing multiple priorities
