Our Enterprise customers are a who’s-who of the Financial, Healthcare, Government, Education, Energy and Retail leaders. They rely on our products to ensure any changes that come into their desktop environment have been appropriately tested for scale, performance and compatibility impacts both in pre-production testing and in production end-user experience monitoring. Additionally, our software is used by most of the major technology suppliers ino this market from chip manufacturers to server/storage/HCI suppliers, hypervisor and operating system vendors, through to the application layer, all of whom depend on Login VSI to derive meaningful measurements around how changes in their products will impact their customers.

Job Description

The product manager is the hub of the company and its customers. You will contribute to the success of the company and be tasked with the challenge of keeping our products aligned with our strategic vision and our customer demands. Your primary responsibility is to help build a product that customers love, driving the success of Login VSI As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in our product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You will accomplish this by:

  • Managing the lifecycle of the product, from idea to maintenance
  • Working closely with product owners, support and services and the customer success teams
  • Write user stories for the development team
  • Becoming intimately familiar with the industry and market
  • Gaining market insight through direct customer engagement
  • Analyzing needs, current market trends
  • Assessing current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Appraising new product ideas and strategizing appropriate to-market plans
  • Aligning company strategy and contribute to the product roadmap
  • Communicating priorities and keeping all stakeholders informed

Major Duties:

  • Explore and understand the overall trends within the market
  • Search and explore for new opportunities, with new and existing customers and partners
  • Visit customers and attend events to gather market/product feedback
  • Translate customer needs into development requirements
  • Support the sales & customer success team and get product feedback from them
  • Support marketing with content

  • Basic knowledge of:
    • User interfaces and user-experience (UX)
    • VDI/SBVC and Windows infrastructure
    • Databases and programming
    • Docker and microservice based architecture
  • Expert knowledge of:
    • The dynamics of enterprise IT organizations
    • Agile development (CICD, SCRUM, extreme programming & rapid prototyping)
    • Application technology, such as web apps, windows apps or java technologies
  • Occasional domestic and global travel
  • Bachelors degree, Masters a plus
